Terrie now only uses sterling silver wire that has been 100% recyled from the Earth’s existing metal supply. This means she does not buy silver direct from mining companies. She buys it from a refiner, which means most of the silver is from scrap metal purchased from jewelers. The remainder of the supply comes from other refineries that also recycle scrap metal. We feel GREAT about that and you can too!

	All of our jewelry is handmade by artists Terrie Hoefer and Rhonda Scott. Lampwork beads are created by Rhonda. ARTapalooza - Downtown Cedar Falls Sept. 12, 2009 Artists from across the region will showcase their talents and artwork on Main Street. Throughout the day ARTapolooza on Main features strolling musicians, street performers and hands-on art activities for children and adults. Octagon Art Festival Sun. Sept. 27, 2009 Downtown Ames, Iowa 10 am - 5 pm Rhonda is booth 5 which is near The Octagon on Douglas. 10 am - 5 pm. More than 115 juried artists will be on hand with unique, hand-crafted artwork for sale. The visual arts, performing arts, local cuisine, and children’s art area form the foundation of the festival. A children's art area will offer hands-on experiences, and local vendors will provide tasty food. Two stages will be filled all day long with live entertainment from area entertainers. Prepare to surround yourself with art at the Octagon Art Festival! Admission is free for festival visitors. An attendance of more than 14,000 is expected again this year! It is amazing what colors, designs and textures can be dug from the earth. Jaspers, agates, turquoise etc. are extremely varied. Rhonda and I are always amazed at the diversity of gemstones.
